How a booking works

Tell us your dates, your suburb and a bit about your pet: their routine, any medication, and anything else we should know.

We reply to confirm a sitter is free for your dates. If you're outside our usual radius, we'll quote the fuel cost upfront.

You and your pet meet your sitter before the booking starts, so you can go through feeding, walks, medication and anything else that matters to you.

You'll get photos and short messages during every visit or overnight stay, like the sample report at the top of the page.

What happens during a house visit?
We drop in to feed your pet, take them for a walk, play with them and check that everything is well — then send you photos and a short update.
What does an overnight stay involve?
We stay over at your home, so your pet keeps their own bed, garden and routine, with company through the night.
Do you look after cats as well as dogs?
Yes, we look after both. Tell us about your pet's routine, medication and any quirks when you message us so we can plan around them.
Can we meet before I book?
Yes. Every booking starts with a meet & greet, so you and your pet can meet your sitter and explain exactly what you need.
Do you charge extra for fuel?
Not within our core area. If you're further out we'll tell you the fuel cost upfront, before you commit to anything.
